Rules of the draw
These rules apply to the monthly draw associated with the Side Effects campaign.
1. Organizer
Organizer of the draw:
YTK Worklife ”organiser of the draw”

2. Participation and eligibility
Everyone who responds to the monthly draw of the Side Effects campaign is eligible to participate in the draw.
3. Participation period
All entries made between 29.12.2025-31.12.2026, will be included in the draw. Entries made outside the participation period will not be considered.
4. Prizes
The prize is a total of 12 gift cards worth 35 € each for the Kirja.fi online store. One gift card will be drawn each month.
The organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with a product of equivalent value if there are problems with the availability of the product.
The prize cannot be exchanged, converted into cash, or transferred to another person. The organizer is responsible for the standard shipping costs incurred in sending the prize to a postal address in Finland.
5. The draw
The draw will be held monthly on the first Monday of each month, starting on February 2, 2026, with the final draw taking place on January 4, 2027. All entries received by the draw date will be included in the draw. Winners will be notified of their win personally via the email address provided on the entry form.
If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days via the email address provided on the form, the win will be forfeited and the Organizer will draw a new winner.
The Organizer will cover any costs that may be incurred in connection with the prizes.
Winners may decline to accept a prize if they wish. The names of the winners will not be published.
6. Organizer’s liability
The prize recipient releases the Organizer from any liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes or by the receipt or use of the prize. The Organizer’s liability to participants shall in no event exceed the value or amount of the prizes specified in these rules.
The Organizer is not responsible for any printing errors, errors in participants’ contact information, or technical obstacles to participation in the prize draw, receipt of the prize, or use of the prize.
The above limitations of liability do not limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under consumer protection legislation, product liability law, or other mandatory legislation.
7. Processing of personal data
YTK Worklife processes personal data in accordance with YTK Worklife’s privacy policy.
The controller is YTK Worklife, which will disclose the winners’ personal data to the party responsible for the prizes for the purpose of redeeming the prizes
8. Intellectual property rights
The rights to the material used in the conduct of the prize draw and the intellectual property rights relating thereto belong to the Organiser or the Partner. The use of any material related to the prize draw is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
9. Changes to the rules and interpretation
The Organiser reserves the right to change the rules. Any changes to the rules will be announced on the YTK Worklife website. The Organiser may also correct or amend the rules to correct any typographical or other errors during the period of participation in the draw. Any ambiguities in the application and interpretation of the rules of the draw will be resolved by the Organiser.
