Get inspired: Three top webinars
Join the Spark webinars, where top speakers provide fresh perspectives to help you identify your skills, boost your confidence, and discover new opportunities. You’ll also receive plenty of practical tips for job searching. The webinars will be held in Finnish, and they are open and free for all YTK members.
Boost your career capital through small group coaching
Do you want more than just inspiration? After the webinars, you can join small groups where, under the guidance of an expert, you can dive deeper into each webinar’s topic. You can share your experiences, ask questions, and receive feedback and support from other participants. You can join the small groups free of charge if, in addition to being a member of the YTK Fund, you are also a member of YTK Worklife. The groups are held in Finnish.
Take advantage of personal coaching
As a member of YTK Worklife, you can also receive personal guidance from a career coach free of charge. This makes your job search easier and more successful.
In the coaching sessions, the focus is on the questions that matter most to you. For example, you can receive feedback on your CV and application or practice for job interviews.
