“I wouldn’t have made it without help from the Legal Assistance” – Court orders compensation for wrongful termination
Perttu Vaittinen was unexpectedly dismissed as a result of restructuring negotiations while he was on partial parental leave. Fortunately, Perttu had joined YTK Worklife in time and was able to get help from the Legal Assitance. The case eventually went to district court, where the employer was ordered to pay compensation. According to Perttu, Legal Assistance was crucial throughout the entire process.
