Service disruption in OmaYTK and OMA+: login is unavailable
The YTK Unemployment Fund’s online service OmaYTK and YTK Worklife’s OMA+ service are temporarily out of service due to a serious hardware failure in the server environment. The fault was detected on the morning of Friday 17 July, and the services had to be taken offline at around 10.30.
The fault is in our service provider’s data centre storage system. Repair work is ongoing and physical components have already been replaced at the data centre, but the fault has not yet been resolved. At the moment, there is no precise estimate of when the repair will be completed. We are also exploring alternative solutions to restore the services as quickly as possible.
The disruption does not put our members’ data at risk.
