YTK Worklife services are now at your disposal
Your membership in YTK Worklife begins after you have paid the membership fee. We will send the invoice by mail on the first day of membership. You can check the date in the confirmation email.
When you are paying your membership fee invoice, order a free e-invoice from your online bank at the same time. We charge 5 € for a paper membership fee invoice. Please note that you will receive separate invoices from the YTK Unemployment Fund and YTK Worklife, so you will also need to order e-invoices from both providers separately.
You now have access to the YTK Unemployment Fund’s fund services and the YTK Worklife’s comprehensive working life services.

A lawyer to help you with your employment problems
If you are faced with tricky situations at work, the Lakikaveri service can provide you with quick and expert help with your employment issues. Right from the start of your membership, you’ll get access to legal advice on employment law and an extensive employment database.
To be eligible for the free Premium service, you must have been a member of YTK Worklife for at least 6 months at the time of the event. If the matter is not resolved, you can take advantage of the legal expenses insurance included in your membership in the event of a dispute.
There are conditions for taking full advantage of the Lakikaveri service, so read the conditions carefully!
Insurance to protect you at work and during your time off
We offer you accident insurance for leisure time, valid anywhere in the world. It covers, among other things, medical expenses for accidents up to 8 900 €.
Professional liability insurance insures you against liability arising from your profession, occupation or position. You can use the insurance if you have been a member for at least 6 months at the time of the incident.
Eduhouse trainings to broaden your expertise
You have access to Eduhouse’s top trainings completely free of charge! You can take part in remote training sessions or access recordings at your convenience. Whether it’s AI, Adobe or Microsoft365 applications, negotiation skills or English for business, you can learn more!

You can also update your contact details and check your membership fee information.
In addition to OMA+, you can also use OmaYTK, your service for unemployment fund matters. Through OmaYTK you can apply for daily allowance, get support in finding a new job and contact the YTK Unemployment Fund’s customer service.
