Spark Webinar: How to write an impressive job application
Who are you, where are you headed, and what are you capable of? Your perception of yourself has a greater impact on your future than you might think. In this webinar, you’ll learn how to strengthen positive thinking, belief in the future, and a sense of your own skills and abilities.
We’ll also dive into the content of your resume and application. How should you create and tailor them for different roles today?

Speakers: Coach and non-fiction author Rosa Nenonen and direct search consultant Hanna-Mari Hannula.

Rosa Nenonen – Rosa helps you build your self-confidence and take steps toward a more meaningful and happier professional life. You’ll gain insights and mental tools to clarify your own direction.
Hanna-Mari Hannula – Hanna-Mari will provide you with tools to articulate your skills in a clear, credible, and distinctive way. Take advantage of concrete tips for articulating your skills, especially in your resume and job application.
Coaching and peer support: Join a small group for job seekers
After the webinar, you can continue exploring the topic by joining a small group. You’ll receive guidance from an expert, work together with others, gain new perspectives, and receive peer support from fellow job seekers.
Small groups are conducted in Finnish. Registration opens after the webinar. Participation in the small group requires membership in YTK Worklife.
Personal career coaching – completely free of charge
During personal coaching, you’ll receive professional advice tailored to your specific situation. For example, you can get feedback on your resume and application or practice for a job interview. Coaching is available in Finnish, Swedish, and English. You can access coaching completely free of charge when you are a member of YTK Worklife.

When you are a member of the YTK Unemployment Fund, you can participate in job search webinars and utilize YTK Spark’s job search services available on OmaYTK. When you join YTK Worklife in addition to the YTK Fund, you can participate in the small group coaching and receive personal coaching for job hunting. As a member of YTK Worklife, you also receive numerous other benefits.
Many people do not realize that membership in the YTK Unemployment Fund does not automatically mean membership in YTK Worklife. You must join YTK Worklife separately.
You can check whether you are a member of YTK Worklife by logging in to the association’s OMA+ service. If you are unable to log in, you are not yet a member of YTK Worklife.
