Spark Webinar: Stand out in your job search as a career changer, generalist or experienced professional
When applying for a job, each of us needs to be able to explain why we, in particular, would be suitable for a specific role. It all starts with recognising what makes you unique.
In this webinar, you’ll learn how to present your experience, skills and motivation convincingly in a way that meets the employer’s needs. You won’t get lost in the grey mass of applicants; instead, you’ll stand out from the crowd. You’ll recognise the strengths of your background and gain tools to help you build your professional visibility and make a lasting impression.

Liisa Holma and Ulla Jones are coaches and career experts. Both have extensive experience in specialist and managerial roles, as well as expertise grounded in a wide range of research on Nordic work culture.
Esa Hukkanen is an experienced career expert, coach and trainer who has helped, amongst others, numerous people changing careers, generalists and seasoned professionals with their individual job searches and career transitions.
Coaching and peer support: Join a small group for job seekers
After the webinar, you can continue exploring the topic by joining a small group. You’ll receive guidance from an expert, work together with others, gain new perspectives, and receive peer support from fellow job seekers. Come along to share your experiences, ask questions and benefit from the feedback!
Small groups are conducted in Finnish. Registration opens after the webinar. Participation in the small group requires membership in YTK Worklife.

Where am I a member?

When you join YTK Worklife in addition to the YTK Fund, you can participate in the small group coaching. As a member of YTK Worklife, you also receive numerous other benefits.
Many people do not realize that membership in the YTK Unemployment Fund does not automatically mean membership in YTK Worklife. You must join YTK Worklife separately.
You can check whether you are a member of YTK Worklife by logging in to the association’s OMA+ service. If you are unable to log in, you are not yet a member of YTK Worklife.
