For you, member!

Economic pressures are evident in many people’s daily lives, according to our Member Pulse.

The Member Pulse shows where we stand right now

The latest Member Pulse reveals how the economic situation, job hunting, investing, and concerns about unemployment are affecting our members’ daily lives. We also asked you about pay raises and the use of artificial intelligence.

A big thank you to everyone who responded! We once again received a great number of responses to the survey, which we send out twice a year.

Many people are struggling financially

Nearly half of respondents say their financial situation has worsened, while only 16% say it has improved. In everyday life, this is reflected, for example, in postponing major purchases and cutting back on food expenses.

Nearly half invest, a third actively

For many YTK members, investing is part of everyday life. The overwhelmingly most popular form of investment is mutual funds: 87% of respondents who invest own mutual funds.

Job hunting has become more diverse

More and more people are applying for jobs under various job titles and tailoring their applications. Artificial intelligence is already being used by some job seekers, but its use in job hunting is still quite limited.

YTK membership as a graduation gift? It’s possible!

We’re often asked how to gift a YTK membership to a recent graduate. You can only join the unemployment fund personally, but with our unique gift card template, you can offer to pay the YTK annual fee on behalf of a loved one.

YTK Transparent:

Who owns YTK?

We are sometimes asked who actually owns YTK. We also see inaccurate claims in the media suggesting that some interest group, political party, or other entity is behind it. The answer is very simple: YTK is not owned by any single entity. The funds belong to its members and only to them.
