Mindfulness with Luotain

Reduce stress and enhance your well-being through mindfulness. As a combined member, you can attend online mindfulness training from Luotain free of charge (normally 240 €).

Mindfulness, or conscious, accepting presence, has been proven to be an effective way to increase well-being, reduce stress, improve sleep quality and concentration.

As a combined member of the YTK, you can participate in the Luotain Mindfulness Online coaching completely free of charge 

(normal price 240 €)

The practical training is eight weeks long and includes several short exercises. Among other things, you will learn what mindfulness is and how it can boost your well-being.
