In November, we introduced a new way to submit calls to the Legal Buddy via OMA+. The trial period for the new method will run until the beginning of December.
The number of contacts has exceeded our estimates and unfortunately we have not been able to respond to the requests in the promised time. Our aim has been to be able to respond by phone to enquirers by the next working day, but this is not possible at the moment due to the long queue. We very much regret this.
However, the lawyer can still be contacted as usual by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
