Temporary agency work

In temporary agency work, a company that needs workers (user company) enters into an agreement with an employment agency on the hiring of employees. As the employment agency is the employee’s employer, the employment contract is made with the agency, which takes care of the payment of wages and other employer obligations. The work itself is carried out in the user company, which has the right to direct and supervise work.
